1. Cabin Travel
This is one of the options that you can consider if you have a small pet, however, it is important to take into account that you must previously consult with the airline the requirements that must be met in terms of weight, size, dimensions of the soft suitcase, etc; for your pet to be allowed in the cabin.
2. Travel as accompanied baggage
If your pet does not meet the airline’s requirements to travel in the cabin, this is an option that can also work for you. Your pet will travel on the same flight as you, but in the airplane hold, in a rigid kennel (or crate), generally made of plastic, with a metal grille, ventilation on all sides and large enough for your pet to have a comfortable trip. In this case, it is very important that you consult with the airline about the requirements that your pet must meet and the restrictions they have.
Remember that, in addition to the airline requirements, you must also comply with all the health requirements of the country of origin and destination.
3. Transportation under cargo modality
When your pet cannot travel with you in the cabin or as part of your luggage in the airplane hold, there is a third option that you can consider and that is to travel alone as cargo, in this case, all the logistics must be organized through a company like ours, who are in charge of complying with all the sanitary requirements of the airline and the airport entities involved so that your pet travels safely.
